I’m talking about the kind of women that recognize where and how they have been outsourcing their power… being controlled by their egos, over controlling their lives & households, over scheduling themselves, strict routines, rigidness, living predominately in their masculine energy, causing energetic imbalance in their romantic partnership, burning themselves out, leaving little to nothing to savor at the end of the day.
I’ve experienced every single one of these firsthand at some point and that couldn’t be further away from how I choose to live my life now.

When you go to buy something, do you really “need” it or is it needed to pacify your ego? My ego is HIGH MAINTENANCE. My soul has everything she needs. Recognize the difference & be very discerning of who you let lead the show.
Get to the source of what is causing you stress in your life & actually take the uncomfortable steps to change it.
Ask for help. Delegate. Allow others to do things for you, even if you know you could do them better 😉 Be thankful.

Tap into resources.
Live simpler. Quiet your life down.
Women were not ever intended to live the way that most are living. We are always provided for & are enough just because we are. We have everything we need.
