I created Uplifted Beauty in 2019 to help women live with more ease and confidence. After working in the beauty industry for over 2 decades, one thing became very clear to me. Women are over-worked, over-stressed and just want to feel good.

Enter the global beauty & personal care market, which is a $650 BILLION dollar a year industry consisting of cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, personal care, and beauty tech.

Sadly, much of it driven by sexy marketing, consumer’s insecurities & empty promises. (If you don’t believe me, just go through your makeup and skincare collection)

Personally, I finally got sick of wasting money on my own product consumerism & set out to cut through the hype. Through blogging & YouTube, I share effective treatments and products that actually have the ability to change and improve your skin.

I’m a Nashville based dual state licensed Aesthetician specializing in Holistic & Medical Aesthetics. My philosophy is simple: The health of our skin starts from within. When I work with clients, I can literally see the light bulb go off when they realize it is THEM that has the power to change & improve their skin. Through diet, lifestyle and a dash of self-compassion, you have the ability transform your skin AND your life.

As a trailblazer in the Aesthetics industry, I’ve had the honor of building a full clientele in the treatment room starting from ground zero. In recent years, I have also had the pleasure of expanding my work into Med Spa Consulting, Private Aesthetics Training, Virtual Aesthetics, Blogging, YouTube & Creative Content.

And because how we do anything is how we do everything, I’m passionate about empowering women in all areas of their life through practicing the art of intentional living.
