Why do I add vintage pieces into my home and my professional projects?
It’s simple. These pieces bring so much soul and magic. It’s nearly impossible to find this in a brand new piece. Additionally, I find the quality of vintage furniture and decor pieces to be some of the highest and best I have seen. Don’t get me wrong though, I love shopping and really don’t discriminate against any thing or anywhere to shop. In summary, I strive for a nice mix of new and old to bring that lived in, cozy feel to my spaces.
One of the best things about buying vintage is that you are doing such a great thing by up-cycling or repurposing something that already exists in the world. You can also save some major cash on items if you buy them right.
Lastly, every piece has a story and there will be things you will come across that you just feel a connection with. I know, sounds kinda silly….. but once you start….. you will get it. If you are handy and creative, you can create some really incredible pieces that are completely unique and one of a kind. I’m sharing a few of mine below!
