Reduce the amount of consumption of external stimulation. This is a great time to clean up your social feeds and even spend less time consuming in those spaces. Rather, πππππππ what you have already taken in and envision how you can apply it in your personal or business life to serve at your highest & best.
This is a month of βinternalβ hibernation and nurturing. Sure, you are still going to have obligations and things that require you in your physical world, but sink deeply into your spiritual world. Now is a great time to jump on that meditation app youβve been neglecting, or consider slipping into more hot baths (πππ) and time in reflection. Journaling your thoughts and bringing peace and clarity to your mind are all necessary practices that will help to nurture what you will be bringing to life this year.
Focus on your breathing in heightened times of stress or anxiety.
